After looking at some of these beautiful photos it confirms something I have always maintained after a lifetime of fishing: "there's much more to fishing than just catching fish".

Folk didn’t believe that pic was taken on the H. Avon because of the ’bear’ in the background taking a dump.
It was just another angler packing away his gear of course,…. here’s an edit without wildlife.

Angling is what got me interested in photography ,… just trying to capture some of the magical moments we witness when on the bank. Difficult to do both well though ,.. missed kingfishers and missed bites!!
