Which reel

After taking adice on here and a bit of searching I have decided to buy 2 Free Spirit Seeker 12ft 1.75lb rods so the questions is what 4000 baitrunner or small big pit reel would suit them best??? (makes and models recommend)
Mainly upper and middle Severn fishing

EDIT - To answer my own question...
Special arrangements for the UK, Great Britain:

There are no longer any additional costs such as customs or import taxes for shipments to the UK. All costs such as taxes and duties are already included in the sales prices. We pay the VAT to HMRC.

Of interest, I’ve been after another Daiwa Ballistic reel for light lure work and couldn’t source one in the UK. I therefore recently ordered one from ProTackle Shop, who are based in Poland and appear to ship from NL. I’ve used them for low value orders previously, so took the plunge and ordered the reel.

Should have done my homework first, as UK customs impounded the package and via Royal Mail, it cost me an additional £41 to release it! They applied UK VAT and a handling charge.

I dont recall the exact order limit, but thinks its around the £130 value. Above this value limit, you risk your order being impounded. I also believe there’s some luck involved as not everything over this value is caught? The cost of the reel was around £160.
