Weight Convertion APP

Does any one know of an android app that converts KGs & Grms to pounds & ounces with 16 ounces to the pound . I've found loads of app that will convert but they either break a pound down to 10 ounces to the pound or show pounds and 100th of a pound.
Am I making this very clear or not ?? Sorry if not but dont know how else to explain what I want.

try a fox digital scale it does it for you, aint cheap but theyre accurate as long as your batteries aint run down too much
