if its not metal its not the right spool.

try billy clarkes, they always had a spool or two for the b series.

I have found the spool its graphite I think it may be from and earlier model.

Hi Ken, i've been told the 3500b only ever had metal spools. I've measured the spool on mine, and it is slightly different to yours. But many thanks for trying, it is much appreciated.
