Wanted TFG Rod

I after a TFG 12 foot 2.5lb x plus carp rod. Anyone got one in good condition that they would like to part with.

Sold mine unused at the boot sale on Sunday. Only wanted £25 as i prefer Avon rods. Sorry

Hi Graham,

Yes mate I have had a look. I have a pair of these rods already. They are no longer made, mores the pity. I think they were early TFG reputedly made with Free Spirit blanks.

It was only the barbel rods like river and stream and river and pit that were made on Free Spirit blanks. All the others were made in China with look alike script and whippings. Inside info from the M.H man
