The one in your photo looks like the daiwa mission spreader.I lost my first one,
so bought another complete net.Now discontinued so not an option

Ady my spreader only as holes of about 8mm, cheers though.
Jason, ive seen the one on eBay but it's a bit minty for just a spreader block.
