Wanted: Cono-flex rods

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone might have any slow action fibreglass cono-flex rods they'd be willing to part with?

I've been enjoying fibreglass rods recently & am looking to try what each UK brand advertised as their softest

Ah, I'm ideally looking for something a bit heavier like a pike/barbel/carp rod.

I had an SS4 - 10ft, 2lb test. Green glass with a leather handle and Fuji plate reel seat. I built it myself when I was 18 (1976).

It bent like a piece of overcooked spaghetti. Yet I kept catching 20+ pike on it.

I lent/gave it to one of my brothers when he got a boat. It might still exist If you are interested…..

I also had a 2.75 test pike rod from Oliver’s of Knebworth that was bright yellow glass….That was a pretty slow action too. My brother might have that one too.
