Wanted - Canal or stick float match rod

Im after a short, light match rod for float fishing a small local river.
Im thinking of something about 11ft OR 12ft in length with a spliced in tip?
Like the canal rods or stick float rods Daiwa and Shimano used to do if I remember correctly?
