Not just where you are mate,im a postie and deliver mainly to an industrial estate in high wycombe, crap dumped everywhere, they have moved on to the big canisters like you said,when i was a kid and even dropped a sweet wrapper i would get a bollicking and ive learnt to be a tidy person as well as my children and grandkids, shame the country is becoming an i couldn't give a shit attitude
