Thigh waders

Specifically for a shallow stretch with a stony/gravelly bottom.

I've been using some Skellerup thigh waders for a couple of years now. In a fairly limited field, they are another, cheaper, option.

I have some old neoprenes and some newer ali express/temu?? chest waders that I might cut down.

I'm getting some new chest waders, probably Vass and wanted the thigh on a budget, cutting the old one's just popped into my head!

Took delivery of a pair of Vass 740e thigh waders last week so early days for a recommendation but they look well made with thick uppers and a chunky grip sole. Time will tell.
