The Pete Reading Barbel Pin centrepin reel no.37 4½"x⅞" in fantastic condition. These reels were made by Hans Juhkental who was responsible for the last of the Swallow centrepin reels. Fantastic build quality they spin on 2 bearings meaning that they are not "true pins" but this does not distract from a reel that spins fantastic, they also have a micro drag on the front "barbel" badge which can be adjusted to slow the spool aiding trotting they also have a firm an positive drag with a great loud audible click. All in all a very rare specialist centrepin reel.
