12lb8oz from the Upper Trent, bait was two 10mm boilies fished over 3 pints of hemp with a few PVA bags of small pellets and boilies

Mine,s an awesome fish of 15lb 3oz, caught january 16th 2007, from the lower Thames, 70mph winds, rain, 13c, a real highlight to what was simply the best barbel fishing I,ve ever experienced(piccy somewhere in the archives on here?), 98 fish, 21doubles, 50 9lb + tremendous fishing, I,d very much like to do that again!

I had these 2 fish last Tuesday. Both would of beat my personal best, however due to the slow release of a fish the previous week in low conditions I returned the fish quickly without weighing them.
