Sourcing BSF 3/8's Nuts and Bolts.

So I managed to break the brass bolt that attaches my bait waiter to a bankstick. It is an older piece of kit, probably purchased in the late '90's.
I have searched online and visited the usual suspect DiY stores, all without success.
Where might I be able to source some of such gubbings?
