3x American Tackle Atrex 12ft Barbel Rods by Nick Buss, Line rating 6lb - 12lb will carry 15 fine £630 delivered. Will be put in a solid tube and tracked delivery.

These blanks are 2.5lb rated but when looking feeling, bending thorough me and Nick where going to do with them, there just not an out and out 2.5lb rod for carp there's something about them that lend so well to a specialist big water type rod. They sit around the 2.25lb with a decent through action and are light fast and thin for the test curve and Nick decided that a specialist rod/barbel rod was what this blank needed to be. Don't think Chimera no 3 its not that powerful or even comparison when handling the rod its between the chimera no2 and say something like the HI-S BW being closer to the B/W than the chimera no2 it has more grunt than the Chimera and in my opinion a nicer rod to handle than the BW HI-S as it is a little softer all round. It's a stand out rod for specialist angling at that line rating / Test Curve.

They will make good barbel rods, Long range tench and bream rods and light carp rods they will do all that well. They are run up with Kigen guides 30 mm 8 rings in total A grade cork handle at 19.5 inc long and Fuji real seat.

I like them that much if they do not sell I will have to have some serious words not to keep them in my armoury for this coming year!
