Bear in mind, Clive, that the pair on EBay were supposedly in very good condition and came with boxes, which has a considerable impact on the desirability. The pair on EBay did make £100. If they were tip top, then they may well have been worth the money. Having said that the standard of English used in the description was a worry and it did not instill confidence.

Surprise Surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felindre rang me today and said they have fixed my reel £27.00. They said they found a gear to mend it. Funny thing is originally they said don't send then they said send just in case.

So i gambled and sent and now its fixed. So I suppose that if u got an old reel just send to them and hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A fair old whack, must have been something fairly seriously wrong. The point is that you have your reel back and in good working order. You can't buy the same quality reel for £27!

U r dead right there Jim they sent me back 2 cogs and done a service for £10 so the total was £27 inc registered post.Cant complain a??:)
