Shimano reel repairs

Great service at Felindre Shimano.
 
I was under the impression that Shimano Felindre had stopped trading??

Just googled it though and still there, happy days
 
Had a baitrunner serviced and new drag washers fitted and they also fitted a small piece that was shot, cost was roughly £25 including the return postage plus sending it there so was about £30 all in...
 
Always been very happy with Felindre service....its like having a new reel back, usually inside a couple of days too!

I was told they were moving from Swansea and some of the chaps who currently service the reels may not be moving to the new location.
I had both my baitrunner reels serviced just before the start of the season and they recieved the reels on the monday, then serviced them and phoned me the same day. I got them back on the wednesday :) £12.50 per service :) and as Andy said it's like having new reels back!
