Another vote for Harkila boots. I've got two pairs, different styles. After owning one pair for a while, I saw another come up at less than half price, on sale. Being so impressed with the original pair, I had to have another. And no, I'm not sponsored by them, unfortunately.
My recommendation would be to try wearing a few makes first, in a shop. If you intend to pay proper money, don't gamble on the fit.
