Up for sale is a rare and sought after DAM, 11f,t Des Taylor New Dimension, Specialist Leger rod, (Art.No. 2594 331)
£45 ovno + P&P.
The DAM New Dimension were the top of range models back in the day with notable anglers such as Andy Little, Des Taylor, and Ian Heaps, all putting their names to DAM Rods
Here is DAM's description of the rod straight from their catalogue in 1994 -
"For the specialist angler who fishes for smaller species like chub or roach in rivers or roach and bream in stillwaters. This is not just another 'tip rod'. Des has rejected many quality blanks to get this one spot on. We have ended up with a leger rod that can be forgiving enough to use with 2lb bottoms and yet still have the backbone to team up with 6lb line and stop a big chub dead in its tracks."
This rod is in lovely condition for its age and is a joy to use. Please see pictures. Comes with original rod bag.
