I had the same problems with the korum ad luckily got a full refund.

I replaced it with the Gardner. It is an excellent net....apart from the problem with the small, unsuitable screws. I had one one work loose, lost it and it was a devil to find a replacement.

I'm yet to find the perfect barbel net.
