Rods a bit different?

I brought some Daiwa Longbow DF floater rods some time ago. I must say the action is light and quick with a nice soft tip, they are making ideal barbel rods. They will not cast 4oz, but I can lob them, 2.25lb test, worth a thought guys, I'm really pleased with them.

Erm, quite ,my old 1980's Northwesten 1.5lb tc carp rods are now chub rods, how strange.

Shakespeare Equaliser boron pike rod 12ft 3 sections ideal for roaming around , but also good for static fishing on larger rivers , lots of rings, nice foam grip handle does not feel or look like a carp rod .

Have landed quite a few with this , not a poker at all , and does not cause the argument for car space when combining fishing , with hols , family life etc . with the other half .
