bought this rod about 8 years off ebay ago totally forgot I had it a Grauvell specialist gold LT 338 1.2TC I am going to use it touch ledgering cheese paste. Has anybody any information on this rod. I matching it with a Preston Inertia 420 another buy I forgot I had.

I'm curious what some of the graphics mean along the rod. I know 338 is the length in cm.

What do 2/3 sect. and 230 gram / 8 1/8oz indicate?

230 grams is 8 1/8 oz more or less.

I think it originally came with a quiver section I do not have it

I have had it at least 6 years may be more. Comes a nice tube with a zip around the top the blank is smaller than my little finger and is very light

Make a nice winter bomb rod, when you can get out, would call it an Avon, lovely set up, Grauvell had a reputation for good quality at a good price.

Apparently the gold version us the upgraded version, makes sense, and rrp was £190, nice rod, I would use it as a bread bomb rod or a light feeder, I dream of such things at the moment.
