Rod Identification Please

I have an early
IMG_0703.JPG
12' carbon rod call "The Avon Trotter" but it appears not to have the makers name.
Above the rod title between the whipping there are three letters the first of which could possibly be an S followed by two letter E's
Between the next lower whippings are what appear to be the letters CON with a gap which seems to have had some detail erased followed by the rod length12Ft.
I thought the rod may have been Made by Seer (Andy Orme) but there is no sign of ever having a letter R after what I assume is SEE.
I certainly cannot think what may have followed the CON.
Any help in discovering the maker would be greatly appreciated.
I enclose photos below
Mike

Stand to be corrected Mike but I sold one for a pal many years ago with similar script and whipping and it was indeed an Andy Orme rod

There is an Andy Orme on faceache. if the same person you could try contacting him.
