Anyone got a link to the Hampshire Avon river levels.................... i cannot seem to find them on the EA website (which i find a nightmare too use).

Depending on where you intend to fish Tom, there are a few. I use the East Mills EA website which is situated just above Fordingbridge.
Environment Agency - River levels station data
The level has barely dropped since the start of the season and at the moment many of the banks on the lower river, South of Ibsley bridge are underwater.
