River idle Retford

Does anyone fish the Idle at retford ?

Just having a look round local ish rivers and wondered if its club run or day ticket ?

Actually in the town and down stream it's free or used to be. There used to be a couple of lads who posted on you tube about them stretchers. See if you can get in touch with them

Had a quick look on YouTube and a lot of their videos seem to have gone but I found one by" cast a line heseltine" on budget fishing and it's the same kid.

Search for The Ginger Fisherman on Youtube. I think his name is Chris Bartlett. Had some good catches from urban areas. The railway bridge in the background crossing the river on some of the videos should narrow down the location.
