River Eden Cumbria

I have recently changed jobs which finds me in a secure cell in Carlisle (the Ibis hotel) most Monday nights.
The local river Eden looks fantastic but I am told it only contains Salmon , Grayling and a few Chub and dace.
I would be most grateful if any one could shed any light on the possibility of our favorite fish being about.(pm if you wish)

You can make good use of your migratory trout license on there -
Fish Eden - Fishing on the River Eden
Coarse fishing a little more rare:
Penrith newspaper, Keswick newspaper, Cumbria newspaper: Cumberland and Westmorland Herald - Restricted Eden coarse fishing

Sea Trout too! You might have to miss a nights sleep or at least in to the early hours though. (fly rod required). Could be worth talking to some locals.
