There was a lot of rain down here yesterday - so maybe it’s even a legal ‘storm’ discharge !

Absolutely outrageous if that is the case.
 
It just ain’t right . A beautiful little river . First river I ever fished . First time I went fishing That’s what got me hooked , catching stonking roach on the stick float , and massive dace
