River accommodation

Afternoon all, im looking for river accommodation for a weeks fishing next summer, 4 adults and a well behaved dog. Needs to be close to the river, fishing permits ideally with the price of accommodation and ideally somewhere nice in the surrounding area for when not fishing.
I did see a lovely little cottage on line ages ago with a stones throw to the river with 2 miles of free fishing. But cant seem to find it again.

Coombys farm I can vouch for I stayed in river view this summer gone only a stone throw from the river and even though a popular stretch of river could always get a peg to fish. The peg opposite the lodge is a popular spot

Also have a look at Mill stone cottage which is just up stream from Coomby’s farm and is within walking distance to the ship inn

We fished for the barbel and caught fish every day, I was quite lucky to have caught a double figure fish on four of the five days we fished there! Biggest just under 11lb and if you don’t mind walking there’s loads of water to go at down stream all the way down to the island at Arley on the Baa book it’s obviously a lot busier around Burt’s stretch , Ship inn, Mill stone, Coomby’s farm as they are close to the accommodation and the parking. If go you will be needing the Baa book which gives you access to other beats within a short drive mate
