I've never used their services, but I follow Trafford Tackle Repairs on Facebook. In the last week or so, pictures of an old Penn multiplier being stripped for repair/service have been posted. It appears that they'll take on most types and makes of reel. For those not on Facebook, there's a blog page (but it doesn't get updated as much as FB).

I've had a couple of fixed spool reels serviced by Dave - he's excellent, and I'm happy to recommend him.
