Hi guys.

I'd like to get an old Seer Rod refurbished if there's anyone that you guys know that does this sort of work. The detachable quiver tip needs stripping down and re painted too.

K. F Angling Products looked really good for the job, but unfortunately the guys based out in Poland...

No I have two friends who had bad experiences one waited almost a year for a set of 3 carp rods and the other friend took some rods for a rebuild and after months and months of chasing he drove all the way down there to get them back
No doubt others have had a good experience but just read reviews on carp forums
 
Julian you'll probably find that you may struggle with this. Some rod builders will not do refurbs / rebuilds on rods that weren't built by them in the first place. Dave Lumb (DL specialist tackle) that many use on here being one example. Seems as though there must be plenty of work about. On the Harrison web site there is a directory of their recommended rod builders. This may be of some help?
