Quiver

Hi All
I'm looking for a small quiver. My mate has a Wychwood Rover Quiver which I like very much but I can't find them any where. Climax Tackle have them on there web site but are out of stock and won't be getting any more. I think there not made any longer but if any one knows where I might get one plese let me know or if you can suggest an alternative that would be great.
Thanks

Give this tackle shop a ring i know they have at least one of the wychwood quivers in stock

I've got one of the Korum ones. Made a big difference to carrying all my gear separately. It's just the right size for 2 made up rods, umbrella, landing net pole and bank sticks. Not expensive either. Just the jobie.

Been thinking of changing from my Drennan Super Specialist as it doesn't protect the rods too well, the Gardner one looks just the job.

Have a look for the Greys Platinum Quiver.

At first it may appear too big but the expander feature could be said to be misnamed. You actually make it smaller by utilising the feature. Allows for a bit of flexibility should you need it. I use mine in several different configurations depending on the type of fishing I'm doing. It's equally at home using just the base quiver with a couple of rods or with the whole lot with umpteen rods for long stay carping. It's also good quality material, the negative on this is that it's no featherweight. Doesn't have to be used or bought with the sleeves and hood and can be picked up relatively cheaply at the moment. I like it so much that I'll be getting a spare quiver unit while they're cheap for when the time comes that I inevitably manage to knacker the original.

Thanks every one.
I've just ordered one from Cheshire Fishing. I rang the number not realy exspecting an answer but got one and the quiver should be with me by Tuesday. :D

I don't think you'll have any complaints Stephen, mines into it's 5th season now apart from the landing net sleeve zip is US - doesn't cause a problem, it's still all there, cheap solid stuff Wychwood, highly recomend it.

This one was recommended to me by BFW members a few years ago and I haven't looked back since, it's more expensive though around £40. A thorough review here http://www.purepiscator.com/viewReview.aspx?id=21

Alan,

I use the Thinking Anglers case, have done for 3 seasons and I would say it is one of the best pieces of tackle I have ever purchased, it is the best piece of luggage by far, I bought another for my pike rods this winter (well actually demoted the old one and kept the new one for my barbel rods) so I can leave them set up and ready to go, I could not recommend them highly enough..........you do need to buy one of the long tip tops too though.......

I also use the Thinking Anglers elasticated tip tops to keep each rod made up........
