quiver for fox specialists brolly

Just brought me fox specialists brolly 45 inch. Trouble is it don't fit in to my korum 3 rod quiver:eek:. Question is does it fit into fox specialists 3 rod quiver ?

By the looks of that quiver, it could be used for 3-part (11/12 foot) feeder rods - do you think this would be a goer?

Hugh,
Just tried an average Shimano 12ft three piece feeder rod. Left in its cloth sleeve, it was a bit of a squeeze getting it into the holding pouch at the bottom, but it did fit. The velcro tabs are long enough and low enough down the body of the quiver to secure the rod with a good foot spare. I don't have a three piece 11ft feeder rod to hand, but with the previously mentioned foot to play with, it should be no problem.

Bugged me for a couple of years, this.

I store two rods made up in padded sleeves inside my quiver. I've never found a solution to this: I want to carry my rods like this with a Fox Specialist brolly too. I'd put the rod on the outside of the quiver but in the padded sleeves they are too wide for the velcro,

Has anyone solved this?

Yes, put straps around the lot, or buy double sided Velcro and cut to whatever length you want

Nice one - thanks Chris! I think this is the way to go for me.

For short / day session's where I need to take a brolly, I've found the Aqua roving quiver, with their light weight rod sleeves spot on.

Just looking at this..... I have the Fox 45" supa compact brolly and a Fox 3 rod quiver...... There is no way that my brolly in it's carrying case will fit. Is there two different 3 rod quivers?? The brolly is a great piece of kit but with the pegs etc the carrying bag makes it pretty big.
