Quest Bivvy

Morning All

I keep seeing Quest bivvies on Facebook. Seem well spec'd and good value. Anyone got one and can share they experiences?? (Had been looking to buy the Nash Mk3)

Thanks

Russ

I wouldn't buy anything off facebook mate. I don't use a bivvy but if I was going t buy one I'd go to a reputable dealer. Too many scammers on facebook.

Sorry Nick Should have added I looked on their website. It's a family owned business. I only use one in the Spring for Tench and Bream... (then in severe winter weather a day shelter for Piking)

I was looking at buying one, general consensus seems to be that they’re good value and reliable but the dimensions are a bit misleading which can make getting fitting a bedchair in a bit difficult

Cheers Dave
Thats good to know 👍. I've got a Trakker one man but I'm getting too old not to comfortable and was looking at the Nash Titan T2 for the extra space

Thanks
Russ

No problem Russ. I used a Trakker Pioneer brolly for years even through the winter. Much easier to use than a bivvy and I could get all my kit under it. Trakker gear is well made.

Cheers Dave

Do it! I bought one fairly recently for longer stays, having finally got tired of constantly having to move stuff around in my AXS one man if I’m in it for more than one night. The T2 is like a small bungalow in comparison! The draw back is the extra bulk and weight when it’s packed down of course but it seems a small price to pay for all that extra room.
Other spacious bivvies are available 😂

I bought one of their two man EXP bivvies with overwrap directly from them for £200, currently on offer at £230, lots of room inside and appears well made and not too difficult to pitch. Someone else I know has a 1 man Defier, higher spec, but not a lot of room unless you add the overwrap etc., but the add-ons quickly ramp up the cost.

Cheers Garry … think the balance of comments is pushing me to the Titan T2
