Hi men ,
Jason , iv tried many maggot rigs , clips are convenient, but the best by miles is red rig foam on the hair , cut into a sort of pyrimid shape , and the nice flat end covered with red maggots that have had their bums dipped into superglue and placed on the foam . The maggots last much longer as they have not been pierced , and you can add as many or as little to achieve popup or balanced presentation, if i can get away with it i like them on the bottom .
It's Luton, you can get away with anything.
Btw congratulations on your impending promotion to the Championship.
No it's OK...I understand a proper supporter's spin on things but you will be fine.We will blow it , its Luton , destroying my hopes for over 50 years .

No problems with tench to 7+ and barbel to 8+, great hooking power and they don't seem to move whereas the MWG often fall out in the net. Not lost any fish so far this year but that worried me hence the change of pattern.Hi Steve, the QM1s are quite thin wire aren’t they - they’re a great hook but I had one open a bit with a large Bream last year, have you had any problems with them?
I'm going to give this a try, should I expect bites from silvers too?
