How do i stop this keep coming at the bottom of my screen when i go on the forum?:mad:
 
Sounds to me like you've contracted some malicious software (a virus type thing) on your computer. A good start would be to download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and also SpyBot Search and Destroy. If you're not sure how to do that, find someone (a teenager?) that knows about computers. Or speak to your local computer shop, they sometimes have a set charge for cleaning infected computers.

I'm with Andy here, Malwarebytes should do it otherwise try Combofix
 
Went on toys r us web page and got the same pop up but this time with toy adds
Just gone to tools and ticked ActiveX Filtering and it seems to have got rid of it.
