Persistent wet weather

Everyone knows that Rf=EEi*hpI

where Rate of flooding (in wetness) correlates to volume of Eastern European immigrants * house price inflation.
 
This is now two years running we have had prolonged dry spells with low water levels and every one starts saying we need rain, rain, rain. Well you got rain. just be careful what you ask for!
