Palltrax Whisker Sticks .... waaah???

Just been having a trawl through my bait fridge and found an unopened pack of shelf-life Palltrax Whisker Sticks (Elixir 6) Can't remember when I bought them but it must have been many years ago, and bag's unopened so I know I've never used them.
Anyone had any experience with these?? (I presume they weren't that good, otherwise Palltrax would still be selling them).

never done any good on them still got some in the shed might give them a go might be the bait this season

Tried them when they first came out, but no better success than other baits.
