pafex landing nets

hi guys just bought a stunning folding specimen landing net from pafex.eu had loads of nets in the past and these guys based in france are the best...check out there website if you need a roving net...awesome:eek:

I had a pafex net - the handle snapped. It was very thin aluminium. Then the mice ate the mesh. The remnants are in my garage somewhere!

Andy - can you post a link to the net you are referring to? I had a look on their site, but I didn't see anything that appeared to fit the bill.

So, you just bought it, or you had it over 2 seasons??

I do not rate them at all to be honest, aluminium in net handles is very low tech, heavy if made strong enough to face up to any really hard work, hence the move to carbon, but that is just my opinion......

oh dude i dont know how to do that im a newbee....im off fishing sunday and i will take a pic for you hows about that...i will post you the picture of my net tomorrow...if thats ok..

good on you for the carbon...but carp nets are made from carbon and do they not snap! i think it depends where you landing your fish from really so i save the tarty gear for carp fishing and use the basic stuff for roving...hey but thats just my opinion!
