Anyone any idea who is the sculptor of this piece? the Otter chasing Salmon is along side the A470 north of Builth Wells, I must admit it is an excellent piece of work, despite the subject.

It's a grand subject to in my opinion, nature at its best survival of the fittest. Only an angler would think any different, but not me - BRAVO.
