Otter petition.

I have signed this simply because I’m sick of seeing otter damage in my local area. Losing the Ivel as a big barbel river, and numerous attacks on lakes leaves me seething. The complete and utter lack of sensible control measures to minimise damage caused by this apex predator are scandalous. Fencing....my arse
