I'm sat here at work, sober as a judge and for some reason, it occurred to me that someone, somewhere, somewhen, must have coined this phrase. Anyone know who?

'Somewhen' got me. Never heard of the word (which apparently originated in the Isle of Wight). As for the 3' twitch.....

As an educated guess, I would probably venture it was either said or written by Trefor West.

I'd have guessed Trefor too, except it might have been more like "an #!*&## three foot twitch"

I've always attributed the phrase to Stef Horak - discussing his 'love' of touch legend legering, but I could be wrong.
