Old richworth capsules

Many years ago richworth did the lead capsules where you inject some flavour in to capsules and use a band to keep them to your lead. Does any ones know where I can get some capsules from ?
 
Got capsules having trouble finding the leads to go with them found the inline ones but want free running ones
 
At the risk of stating the obvious....You can easily rig up inlines as running leads with the added advantage that they drop off when snagged (...and you are back to playing the fish with no lead)
