Nile Perch

Just seen this photo posted up on FB via the Angling Times I think. I didn't realise we had Nile Perch in the UK, on account of the Nile not being here I had always assumed. But this can't be your bog standard Perch can it? I mean, it's got to be over 20lb judging by this photo.

Do you see this as a rational thing to do then Paul? Do you hold all the fish you have taken photos of at arms length like that? Is so...why?

I am with Howard on this...it is hilarious. A bit sad as well though.

I read Pauls post as tongue in cheek:confused: Held at arms length or not, it looks a good Perch to me and i would hazard a guess that the guy is not a "known" angler, but i could be very wrong
