New Wychwood Specialist gear

Wychwood are (re) entering the ‘specialist’ market soon with some new luggage etc. Could be worth keeping an eye out for it and hopefully it will be well thought out gear and not just carp gear with a ‘specialist’ badge on it (although, what the difference is i cant decide 🤣)
My missus rolled her eyes as she already calls me ‘bagman’……(Drennan & Esp will take some beating for me)

Yes i had a few bits as it was great quality along with a bit of stuff from ‘chub’ (i think) hopefully they have something new to offer with a quality to match. The carp luggage they do now is really heavy duty & good quality but doesnt seem to be quite right imho

Agree - Chub were another brand that produced quality products . . .had a folding chair and their original barrow that were indestructible!

One of my favourite ever rucksacks was Wychwood, quality gear. Looks like Gardner will be expanding their specialist range with Martin bowler now onboard

I returned to coarse fishing 14 yrs ago and bought a Chub Lo-Lite chair and it is still performing perfectly. I am now at the age where a chair with arms may aid getting up so I wonder if they will be doing seats when the relaunch.

The early barbel rods were excellent
