New rods??

Hi everyone, hope your all doing well this season!!!
I know Iv asked this before but I'm wanting to know what rods most people are using as it will be a week or so before I go and get my new rods with a budget of around £100 each I'm after two fantastic rods that will cope with the winter and summer and of course the casting of big heavy weights/feeders for the tidal trent. But would also like the rods to be good enough for bream tench and in close season
Are most people using the fox duo lite floodwater? And would these be good enough for the bream and tench on ponds and lakes
Please let me know what your using.
Tight lines everyone.

Depends on the patch I'm fishing as to whether I need to use them or not, but I do have a pair of Fox Duo-Lite Extremes.

I use my Duo-Lite Extremes in the summer too, great for getting you feeders over the rocks and bank side vegetation with out getting snagged.
like Chris said, depends on the situation as to when i use them!!

Cheers Jason. What do you mean by the situation as to when you use them? Are they the ones for my all year barbel fishing?
Regards

i use 2 duo lite floodwater rods for the lower end of the t trent where i do about 80% of my fishing, for the top end of t trent i use 2 infinity 2.25 rods. the floodwater rods may cover your bream and tench fishing as they come with an extra section and 4 quiver tips, very good rods imho wayne.

I tend to have two main sets of rods and switch between the two depending on river levels, tides and the place i intend fishing.
The duo-lites are not what you would expect from a 2 3/4 tc rod, they have a very tippy action and feel great even with small fish but also have the power to launch a 6oz feeder to the far bank!!

Thought you were looking at the Wychwood Maximisers??

The wychwood maximers seem good but chris has put me onto the extreme Iv read up about them and can't see a fault in them I just can't seem to get enough info about the maxis and for the TT the 15' is a cracking idea even though it seems alien to me as Iv always used 12 and 13s I cant think of any reason why I shouldnt be turning up with the extreme to be honest Jason il be going to get them next weekend mate. As goes for landing fish well I didn't do too well this weekend but your previous help and advice has sure helped me out alot mate. I'd did a 48 hour session on the tidal had 4 good runs got snapped twice on braid and two hooks pulled out one fish looked a very good double I estimated 14lb as I saw the fish before the hook pulled out (probably my fault) haha.
