New korum ruckchair

The problem is carrying everything a long way and being comfortable leaving my arms free ,most off my fishing involves 1 mile plus walks,am trying to make it easier fir myself

I recently decided to take a counterintuitive approach to being hands-free. Ditched my excellent Korda 45 litre rucksack and got a bigger Fox one (about 60 litres) which has straps so I can attach my chair, net and unhooking mat. My rod bag is on my shoulder, looped under the sternum strap (which I had to buy, because the Fox rucksack doesn't have one), leaving me hands free.

You're not obliged to fill a larger rucksack, so this works for light sessions, with or without a chair, and 'just in case' sessions, where you want to take everything. If you don't want to carry a bait bucket, the Fox rucksack takes a 17 litre one with room to spare, so it's pretty flexible.

It's all good and well until the ground is alot uneven. And the legs are not long enough to level the chair out. Good idea korum have thought of. maybe over thinking it. I was also thinking of getting one of them rob transition bags. Rod holder and sort of storage all in one. But maybe going to be heavy in the long run..can't beat a single chair and a rucksack.

Your right,i think it's a good idea, but as said ,let down by legs being 6 inch too short

wont work unless your sat on a flat bank and every time you want something out your bag you have to get up and turn the chair over to access it. looks good but does not work.

Looks like the guy is sitting on a commode. Just cut a hole in the seat and no need to leave your seat for a p00... could be curtains for the baitrunner.
