I appreciate that I have mentioned this before, but going through my fishing clothing have spotted those white cocoons with a lovely juicy clothes moth larva inside. These things will be starting to hatch and will chomp through most clothing. Now is the time to go through your kit before the damage is done. They are quite capable of getting into boxes a well. Unfortunately, the various repellants that worked are no longer available on Health & Safety grounds!
I've caught dozens of mice this winter and this now seems to be a year round problem. So much for mouse hibernation. Renew the mousetrap bait every week, cheese does seem to work well despite all the alternatives. Even with my best pest control efforts, I've still suffered mouse damage, but I'm sure that it would have been much worse without my campaign.
