Modifying posts on the forum.

There is an edit facility at the bottom left of the post “box” as below.

It is only available for use for a limited time.

3 dots next to the report button

Hi Guys
Many thanks for your help, I just can’t see the edit next to the report, perhaps as mentioned it is only available for a short time and I’m taking to long trying to edit.

Ok lads after this last post I have just see the three dots.
How long do we have to edit.
Brian. Great this bit is a test it works.
Still ask how long the dots last.

Hi Brian

On all BFW Forums / Message Boards the time limit for users to edit their posts is set at 30 minutes, with the exception of the Classifieds which have no time limit (to enable amendments to be made to "for sale" items)

If you need anything editing just pop me a PM (conversation) and I'll do it for you.

Thanks for that, there’s nothing worse than making a complete balls up on post and not being able to edit it.
On our RINGWOOD forum there’s the word modify which makes life easy.
