Ridiculous wide angle / lean as far back as possible shot, pity cos that could have been a really nice pic of a stunning Carp
 
Its the current trend in European mags and websites where the photographer uses an extra wide angle lens to give this effect. Hopefully it won't transfer over here, there's enough doubt on fish size caused by people holding fish at arms length.
 
I've always trusted the "Nostril Test"....

....if the fingers in the picture will fit snugly into the nostrils of the captor then the picture is genuine and believable....if however, open head surgery would be the result of said insertion, then the picture aint quite right !!!
