Low water levels on the Severn & Teme

Hello All,
Been looking at the weather for the Severn and Teme areas and feeling increasingly desperate as the weeks going on.
Going down that way on Monday for a week from Cumbria and looking at the environment agency water levels the rivers are well down:(
Any advice to put us on a few fish when the levels are down would be well appreciated. Maybe the lower Severn where the waters a bit deeper??
really don't want to end up on stillwaters as a back up plan!!
Cheers Guys!

Your worrying over nothing. Yes both are suffering with low levels, but nothing worse than other rivers are suffering. There are still plenty of fish been caught.
Target the faster well oxygenated runs, use small strong hooks and long hook lengths and I'm sure you will catch.
Make sure, if your allowed, to stay into dark, as that will give you the best chance of a fish or two......

Hi men,

Jack , agreed with Steve , longer braid hooklengths , bit of putty will help on it , and we have been using 10 + 12 , small boillies on hair. Not to much feed .

your driving past a river what not been short of water for the last 2 weeks and is still carring 12 inch today.did i not meet you on the ribble last season

Might well have done, I fish the elston farm stretch a bit, been on the prince albert stretches a bit too.
I want to get on the Ribble but can't get out of work. We've had a cottage booked for the Severn (near Bewdley) for a couple of months, that's why we're going down there.
Might try and sneak a few hours on the Ribble tomorrow night if my missus is feeling kind.
