Adrian, I used to have 'Ray' on my name badges for work and its stuck now for about 10 years.. St John reminds me of the lead character from 'Airwolf'... who knows, I might even create an alias

I get 'Ryhs' occasionally and 'Reece' a fair bit, which gets quite tiresome.
 
I can understand your frustration Ramon, my surname has one M in it, the number of times I have to correct people on the phone when they say "Mr Hammer" no:eek: its Mr Hamer, one M:mad: obviously cant read:D

I often get are you related!
 
I get Spear, Spaer, Spaers, Spears, Speers and Spee quite often, if they spell my name incorrectly it goes straight in the post with "Not known at this address".
 
In the states I used to get (in genuine amazement) "But you're not black!". How did they ever get to be a superpower?
 
Folks can call me anything they like.....as long as they don't call me late for dinner!:p
